Come hang out with O, Miami and learn how to be part of the 2024 Poetry Festival! We’ll discuss how to submit a great idea to our next April Festival and our new $30k artist commission, Technically Poetic.

You’ll also hear from Dancer Iman Clark, whose workshop, Journey in Phrase, was a big hit at last year’s festival. Bring your questions, leave inspired, and maybe even meet some new friends & possible collaborators!

Iman Clark is a dance artist originally from Columbus, Ohio. In 2020, she graduated from Ohio State University’s Department of Dance and shortly after moved to Miami. Iman strives to create experiences that allow people to enter a space of acceptance, exploration, and transcendence. She works as a teaching artist with Miami City Ballet and Arts for Learning. Outside of the classroom, you can catch her gracing stages all over South Florida and beyond.
